Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav: Valedictory of National Awareness Campaign in city on Dec. 20, 21

Mysore/Mysuru: Adarsha Seva Sangha, Mysuru, has organised the valedictory of National Awareness Campaign organised as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav at Kalamandira in city on Dec. 20 and 21.

Dec. 20

3 pm: Dance recital by Vidu. Nagalakshmi Nagarajan of Champaka Academy. Sri Paramatmaji Maharaj Swamiji will grace the occasion. Dr. Pavagada Prakash Rao will inaugurate the programme; 4 pm: Bharatanatyam recital by Vidu. Preethi Kumar and Vidu. Neethi Kumar; 6 pm: Cultural programme by Natya Samskruti Kalanikethana troupe, Rajarajeswarinagar.

Dec. 21

7.30 am: Ganapathi Puje in the presence of Sri Paramatmaji Maharaj Swamiji. Veda Ghosha by Veda Balaga, Mysuru, led by Sri Ananta Joshi. Bhajans and Devaranama by Subbarao and troupe.

11 am: Stage programme and felicitation to achievers. Retired Justice N. Kumar will preside. Tumakuru Ramakrishna Vivekananda Ashram President Swami Veereshananda Saraswathi will deliver keynote address. Noted violinist Dr. Mysore Manjunath will release the audio and lyrics of 25 songs. Paediatric Cardiologist Dr. Vijayalakshmi Balekundri will be present. National Awareness Campaign Reception Committee Hon. President M. Jagannath Shenoy will address the gathering.

1.30 pm: Dr. Nagalakshmi Nagarajan and Vidu. SKR Jilanibhasha will present vocal recital, dance feature and kolata.

5.30 pm: Valedictory and prize distribution ceremony. Benediction by Sri Paramatmaji Maharaj Swamiji. Dr. Vijayalakshmi Balekundri and Dr. Shelvapillai Iyengar will be present.
