Mysuru: B.A. Mahadevapppa (68), a retired KAS Officer and a resident Vijayanagar 4th Stage in city, passed away yesterday. His body was donated to MMC&RI today as per  his wishes.

A native of Shivamogga, he retired as Additional Registrar of Co-operative Societies. He was suffering from brain related problems and though he was admitted to a private hospital, he breathed his last yesterday.

He leaves behind his wife, a son, a daughter, four grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends, according to family sources.
