B.K. Raju (77), a retired Superintendent of University of Mysore and a resident of Siddarthanagar, passed away following a heart attack at his residence yesterday.

He leaves behind his wife M.C. Vijayalakshmi, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites will be held tomorrow at 12 noon at the foot of Chamundi Hill, after his children arrive from abroad.
