B. Krishna Bhat (83), Proprietor of the then Hotel Mayura at Shivarampet, passed away this morning in Mangaluru. He had served as the President of Mysuru Hotel Owners Association from 1994 to 1996.

He leaves behind his wife Yashodha Bhat, two sons and two daughters.

Last rites were held in Mangaluru this afternoon.
