City’s well-known Plant Doctor Dr. Vasanth Kumar Thimakapura (extreme left) is seen receiving the prestigious “Fellowship of Indian Phytopathological Society” by Indian Phytopathological Society (IPS), a division of Indian Agricultural Research Institute during the 70th National Symposium on “Plant Health Management Embracing Eco-sustainable Paradigm” at Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat, Assam, on Feb.15.
