Bahubhasha eetha  Gayana contest on Aug. 6

Mysuru: On the occasion of 71st Independence Day, the Akhila Bharatheeya Sahitya Parishat has organised “Bahubhasha Geeta Gayana,” a competition of semi-classical songs in different Indian languages on Sunday (Aug. 6) at Vijaya Vittala School in Saraswathipuram.

Entries have been invited from the linguistic fraternity in city. There is no maximum age limit. Those interested may register their names by calling Mob: 9880640534 or 9964790442.

The programme will be inaugurated at 10.05 am by R. Vasudeva Bhat, Hon. Secretary, Vijaya Vittala. Prizes will be distributed by Doddarange Gowda, State Chief of Akhila Bharatheeya Sahitya Parishat.  Belur Sudarshan of CIIL will be the chief guest at the valedictory.
