Mysore/Mysuru: City’s Wushu Champion Pranathi Giridhar was conferred with ‘Balashri’ Award-2022’ by Mysuru Sahitya mattu Samskrutika Pratishtana at a function organised as part of Pratishtana’s 15th year anniversary, Kannada Rajyotsava and Children’s Day celebrations at Veene Seshanna Bhavan in Kuvempunagar on Sunday.

Pratishtana President M.B. Santosh, Cultural Committee President N.C. Mamatha, General Secretary B. Shobha, Kannada Kala Koota President M. Chandrashekar and others were present.

Seven-year-old Pranathi, who is also the recipient of the District Rajyotsava Award, is pursuing her 2nd std. at Police Public School in city and is the daughter of  Photographer S.D. Giridhar and L. Sangeetha couple.
