Ban orders around examination centres in city tomorrow

With the UPSC scheduled to conduct the NDA&NA (National Defence Academy and Naval Academy) exam and CDS (Combined Defence Services) exam at 6 centres across the city tomorrow (Sept. 14), the City Police have imposed prohibitory orders in 200 mts radius around all the exam centres from 6 am to 6 pm tomorrow, in order to ensure smooth conduct of the exams.

Accordingly, barring the examinees and the examiners, no other unauthorised persons will be allowed entry to the                          examination centres.

Also, all photocopy shops/browsing centres in the vicinity of the exam centres are ordered to shut down for the day, according to a press release issued by the Office of the City Police Commissioner.

The exam centres in the city are: Maharaja’s Government PU College, JLB Road, Maharani’s Government PU College, JLB Road, Maharani’s Government PU College, N.S. Road, Devaraja PU College for Girls, Government PU College, Anikentana Road, Kuvempunagar and Government PU College for Girls, People’s Park, Nazarbad.
