Bandhavya-2019: Special sports contest held

Rotary Mysore Midtown and JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Suttur, in association with Sports And Cultural Academy for Differently Abled (SACADA), had organised ‘Bandhavya-2019,’ a two-day sports competition for intellectually challenged at Suttur Srikshetra in Nanjangud. The event was inaugurated by Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji. Standing from left on dais: Saanidhya Hon. Secretary Vasanth Kumar Shetty, Rotary Mysore Midtown Director (Community Service) Rtn. D.K. Gangesh, Rotary Mysore Midtown Secretary Rtn. Md. Sulaiman Sait, Rotary Mysore Midtown President Rtn. L.M. Manojkumar, Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji, RI Dist. 3181 Zone-7 Asst. Governor Rtn. S. Raghavendra, Inner Wheel Dist. 3181 District Chairman Anuradha Nandakumar and Bandhavya-2019 Chairman Rtn. R.S. Vishwanath are seen handing over the Sports Torch to special children of various schools during the inaugural ceremony. International para- athlete Ramya Shanmugam was also present.
