An opening near a small culvert next to NIE on the busy H.D. Kote Road is posing danger to motorists and other road-users. Though there is a protection wall over the culvert, the area before the culvert is not flat and the entire trench is very close to the road.

It is more dangerous at night times, for even pedestrians. It needs to be barricaded on a permanent basis at the earliest to save the life and limbs of motorists and pedestrians.
