Mysuru Veerashaiva Sajjana  Sangha has organised Basavesh-wara Jayanti celebrations at Kanti Mallanna Kalyana Mandira on Kabir Road, Mandi Mohalla in city tomorrow (May 11). Mahamangalarati at 12.30 pm and Prasada Viniyoga at 1 pm. Stage programme will be held at 3 pm. Sharana Sahitya Parishat Mysuru City Unit President M.G. Sadanandaiah will be the chief guest. Mysuru Veerashaiva Sajjana Sangha President M.C. Mallikarjun will preside. A procession of the portrait of Basaveshwara, along with folk art troupes, will be taken out at 6 pm on the main thoroughfares.
