Basava Jayanti tomorrow

The Mysuru City Unit of Akhila Bharath Veerashaiva Mahasabha will be celebrating Basava Jayanti and 150th birth anniversary of Hangal Kumaraswamy at a programme organised at JSS Women’s College in Saraswathipuram at 10 am tomorrow (Aug.13). Also, meritorious Veerashaiva community students who scored 90 percent plus marks in SSLC, PUC (2016-17) will be presented Pratibha Puraskar on the occasion. ISRO Chairman A.S. Kiran Kumar will inaugurate the programme. Sri Hosamutt Seer Chidananda Swamiji will grace the occasion.
