Basketball: Mangalore BC scores over Rising Star

Mangalore BC, helped by some inspiring play by Sowkin (20 points), scored a 42-30 win over Rising Star, Mysuru, in the Prof. N.C. Parappa Memorial Rolling Trophy State A-Division Basketball Tournament tie played at Sree Kanteerava Stadium courts on Thursday.

Mangalore BC: 42 (Sowkin 20) bt Rising Star, Mysuru: 39 (Amogh 12); [Ht: 10-19].
