Mysuru: As a prelude to the Bengaluru Tech Summit to be held from Nov. 18 to 20 at Bangalore Palace, the Department of IT, BT and S&T, Government of Karnataka, will host Bengaluru Tech Summit – Mysore Road Show at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in city tomorrow (Aug.28) from 10.30 am to 6 pm.
The chief guests for the inaugural function include: Nicole Gerard, Consul General for Canada; Dr. E.V. Ramana Reddy, Additional Chief Secretary, Department of IT, BT and S&T; Prashant Kumar Mishra, Director, Department of IT, BT and S&T; Abhiram G. Sankar, Deputy Commissioner, Mysuru; Shailender Tyagi, Director, STPI; Sid Mookerji, Founder and Managing Partner, Silicon Road; Bhaskar Kalale, Chairman, CII Mysore Zone; Dr. K.S.M.S. Raghavarao, Director, CFTRI, Mysuru.
The event will bring together IT and Bio Experts, R&D Institutes, Technocrats, Academicians, Industry Associations and Policy-makers from across Karnataka to deliberate on making Mysuru as the next innovation hub. It is aimed at giving a boost to the Mysuru region to emerge as the next IT, Electronics and Biotech destination.
