Betting: 25 gamblers arrested, Rs. 24,970 stake money seized

Mysore/Mysuru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) Police, on June 16, have arrested 25 people who were indulged in gambling by placing betting in carom games at a youth carom club in Narasimharaja (NR) Police limits and have seized Rs. 24,970 stake money and nine carom boards from the club.

A case has been registered at NR Police Station. CCB officers guided the staff in the nabbing and seizing operation.
