Bengaluru: Shivoham School of Performing Arts has organised Rangarpane — solo Bharatanatyam debut — of Anika R. Anand, disciple of Anil V. Iyer, at Shivarathreeshwara Centre on 1st Main Road in Jayanagar 8th Block, Bengaluru, at 6 pm tomorrow (Jan. 11).

She will be accompanied on natuvanga by Anil V. Iyer , vocal by Vid. Raghuram, mridanga by Vid. Vinay Nagarajan, flute by Vid. Mahesh Swamy and violin  by Vid. Krishna Kashyap.

Anika, a Class 9 student of Sri Kumaran Children’s Academy, is the daughter of R. Nithyanand and Sujatha K. Raju.

Noted Danseuse of Mysuru Dr. Vasundhara Doraswamy, dancer-composer Sugganahally Shadakshari, renowned Bharatanatyam dancer Navia Natarajan and Sri Kumaran Children’s Academy Principal K. Chandrakala will be present.
