Bike-borne miscreants snatch gold chain from elderly

Mysuru:  Chain-snatchers, who targeted an elderly woman, have snatched her gold chain in city on Wednesday night.

The woman, who lost her gold chain, is 70-year-old Vijayakumari of city. She was proceeding on Geetha Road near Ballal Circle after purchasing groceries, when two miscreants, who came on a bike from the opposite direction, yanked off her 50 grams gold chain and sped away.

A case has been registered at Lakshmipuram Police Station in this regard.
