Mysuru: About 15 members of Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI), Mysuru and Tarunodaya units, in association with Karnataka State Branch of YHAI, will take out a bike rally, which would be flagged off from Mysuru YHAI premises tomorrow (May 15).

The rally with the theme ‘SAVE WATER FOR FUTURE’ will be flagged off by State President D. Madegowda between  1.30 pm and 2 pm.

The bikers would reach YHAI Ooty tomorrow and would travel to Kodaikanal on May 16 visiting various panchayats on their way.

The bikers would reach Kurangani on May 17. They will travel to Munnar on May 18 and stay overnight during which they would display placards to create awareness on water conservation and its benefits to tourists.

The bikers would travel to Sathyamangalam on May 19 and will meet the local YHAI members.

On May 20, the rally will enter Karnataka and reach Mysuru and will share their experiences with the audience.

The bikers would be awarded certificates on the occasion.
