Bike skids, rider dies

Naveen, a Forest Guard attached to Kundakere region of Bandipur forest, was killed when the bike he was riding allegedly skidded in front of Kushalnagar Forest Department office on Thursday.

Naveen, a resident of Kushalnagar, who was severely injured in the accident, was treated in the town hospital initially and shifted to a hospital in Mysuru where he breathed his last in the night.

Kushalnagar Police have registered the case.
