Bengaluru: With the Winter Session of the State Assembly set to commence at Suvarna Soudha in Belagavi on Dec.10, the Opposition BJP is holding its Legislature Party meeting at the BJP’s State Headquarters in Malleshwaram here today.

The meeting is likely to discuss various issues such as farm loan waiver, other burning issues and the strategy to be adopted to effectively take on the Government on various issues.

State BJP President B.S. Yeddyurappa, former Deputy CM R. Ashoka and other Legislators and party leaders are attending the meeting. However, several MLAs, including Umesh Katti, Balachandra Jarkiholi and B. Sriramulu did not turn up, it is learnt.
