BNPM’s donation to Pejawar Public Hostel

Mysore/Mysuru: “Students must aspire to excel academically, hold good positions and serve the nation,” said K.G. Viswanathan, Managing Director, Bank Note Paper Mill India Private Limited (BNPM), addressing a programme held at Pejawar Public Hostel for Students in city recently.

 After the distribution of beds, bed spreads, solar equipment and kitchen equipment worth Rs. 28 lakh for the hostel under BNPM’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund, he urged the students to utilise all facilities provided to procure good education and reach their goals.

R. Vasudev Bhat, Hon. Secretary of Vijaya Vittala Institutions, who spoke on the occasion, said that the hostel at J.P. Nagar is a dream child of Pejawar Swamiji and has been relentlessly striving to provide quality education with value-based learning and patriotism.  He further told that Vijaya Vittala Educational Institutions also aim at overall development of children in order to enable them to prepare for the civil services exams in future.

K. Dharani Kumara, General Manager (F&A), BNPM; Abhaya Kumar Mahapatro, General Manager (HR & Admin.); Ananta Hegde, General Manager (Tech.);  Bhartendra Pratap Singh, Assistant General Manager; S. Lakshmisha Babu, Company Secretary and Central Public Information Officer; Amogh Aprameya; Secretaries of the Hostel Rajesh and Lokeshwar; Hostel Warden A.P. Puttanna and students along with the public were present on the occasion. The programme began with invocation by Avinash. K.P. Pradyumna, Hon. Secretary of Ojas Charitable Trust, proposed a vote of thanks.
