Mysuru: Mysuru Book Clubs Charitable Trust, in association with Mysore Quantum Al (MQA), will host the official launch of ‘The Compounding Leader: A Mid-Career Manifesto in the Age of Al,’ authored by Adarsh Sudhindra, Chief Innovation Officer, Excelsoft Technologies Ltd, at Hotel Southern Star in city tomorrow (Aug. 22) from 11 am to 12.30 pm.

The book will be released by R. Guru, Chairman, NR Group. Dr. R. Balasubramaniam, Member, NITI Aayog and Founder, SVYM & GRAAM, will be the guest of honour and deliver a special address.

Shubha Sanjay Urs, Founder-President, Mysuru Book Clubs Charitable Trust and Sudhanva Dhananjaya, Chairman and MD, Excelsoft Technologies, will receive the first copies of the book.

A key part of the programme will be a fireside chat featuring author Adarsh Sudhindra and Adarsh Ramesh, Founder, InsideOut, followed by an interactive Q&A with the audience.

The discussion will explore ideas around leadership, professional growth and navigating a rapidly evolving workplace shaped by artificial intelligence.

The programme will also feature a book preview by Ajay Pramod, Principal Member, Mysore Quantum Al Foundation, offering attendees an introduction to the key ideas explored in ‘The Compounding Leader.’

The event brings together leaders from industry, technology and the social sector for a conversation around leadership in the age of Al, with a particular focus on the challenges and opportunities facing professionals at the mid-career stage.
