A book ‘Veerappan – Dantha Chorana Bennatti,’ the Kannada translation by retired DGP Dr. D.V. Guruprasad of the original book in English by IPS officer K. Vijaykumar, will be released at a function to be held at Rajendra Bhavan in JSS Hospital premises here on July 19 at 6 pm. The book will be released by Additional DGP Bhaskar Rao and K. Vijaykumar, Advisor to Governor, Jammu and Kashmir. Later, an interaction will be held with participation by Dr. Guruprasad, K. Vijaykumar, former Inspector of Karnataka STF B.B. Ashok Kumar and Nagappa Maradagi, who was abducted by Veerappan then.
