‘Punaschetana,’ a collection of critical articles, jointly brought out by Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS), University of Mysore (UoM) and Sri Allamaprabhu Research Centre, Murugha Mutt, Chitradurga, will be released at a programme to be held at B.M. Sri Auditorium, KIKS premises in Manasagangothri at 10 am on Jan.7. UoM Vice- Chancellor Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar will release the book in the gracious presence of Murugha Mutt Seer Dr. Sri Shivamurthy Murugha Sharanaru. Karnataka Sahitya Academy Chairman Prof. Aravind Malagatti will inaugurate the programme. The programme will also feature a National Seminar on “The challenges in teaching Kannada literature and newer opportunities.” Noted writers Prof. M. Krishnegowda, Dr. Rajappa Dalwai and Dr. M. Rangaswamy will deliver lectures.
