Mysuru, June 5- The book titled ‘GST Law and Natural Justice: A Practitioner’s Perspective,’ authored by S. Prasad, Income Tax and GST Practitioner, Mysuru, who is also the former President of Mysore Division Tax Practitioners Association, Mysuru, will be released at Brahmasthana Kalyana Mantapa on Sahukar Channaiah Road in Saraswathipuram tomorrow (June 6) at 11.30 am.
M. Balasubramanya, Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Administration), Mysuru, will release the book.
A. Kumar, Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Appeal), Mysuru, S. Tejasvini, Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Enforcement), Mysuru, Kalpalatha Rajan, Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Mysuru and Dr. K.B. Lingaraju, President, Mysore Chamber of Commerce & Industry (MCCI), will be the guests of honour.
The event organised in association with The Mysore Division Tax Practitioners Association and co-sponsored by Kushwanth Soft Solution, Mysuru (Channel Partner for Tally Solution).
The book, published by Karnataka Law Times Publications (Puliani), Bengaluru, focuses on the interface between GST law and principles of natural justice, highlighting the practical problems faced by genuine taxpayers and professionals and the need for fair implementation of GST provisions. It is intended to guide taxpayers, practitioners and administrators in understanding both the law and its humane application, according to a press release from S.
