A book titled ‘Vishwakavi Kuvempu,’ authored by Dr. Karigowda Beechanahalli, Writer & Professor (retd.), Kannada University, Hampi, will be released at a programme to be held at B.M. Sri auditorium in Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies (KIKS) premises, Manasagangothri,tomorrow (Sept. 16) at 11 am, under the joint aegis of KIKS, Mysuru and Ki.Ram. Prakashana, Govindarajanagar, Bengaluru.

Agrahara Krishnamurthy, Writer and retd. Secretary of Kendra Sahitya Academy, New Delhi, will inaugurate the event. Dr. J. Shashidhara Prasad, retd. VC, University of Mysore, will release the book. Dr. C. Naganna, Writer & English Professor (retd.), KIKS, will speak about the book. Dr. M. Nanjaiah Honganur, Director, KIKS, will preside. Author Dr. Karigowda will be present.
