Burglars return empty handed

Mysuru: In a curious incident, burglars who broke open into a house on Ramanuja Road, have reportedly fled empty handed, as no valuables were found missing in the house.

Gajanana Prasad, a resident of Ramanuja Road had gone out along with his family members on Thursday morning, when burglars forced their entry into the house by cutting open a window grill.

Gajanana Prasad, who returned to the house on Friday morning, was shocked to see the window grills cut open and house hold articles lying scattered.

But the burglars are said to have returned empty handed as they found no valuables worth stealing, it is learnt.

K.R. Police have registered a case in this regard.
