Bus driver dies of over consumption of liquor

Mysuru: A bus driver, who had consumed excess liquor, was found dead in K.G. Koppal here on Monday.

The deceased has been identified as Mahesh (40), a native of Gowdagere in Mandya district and was working as a driver for Panchalingeshwara bus.

Mahesh, who had consumed excess liquor on Monday morning, was found lying on the 2nd Cross Road in K.G. Koppal here. As he was still found lying in the same spot in the evening, a resident tried to wake him up only to find him dead and immediately informed Saraswathipuram Police. The Police, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar and shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary.
