BVB launches Japanese Language Course

Mysuru: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (BVB) in association with Bhavan’s Priyamvada Birla Institute of Management (BPBIM) had organised a function at BPBIM auditorium in Vijayanagar here this morning for the launch of Japanese Language Course.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries-VST Diesel Engines Pvt. Ltd. Controller (Finance/IT/HRA) Katsuhiko Sakurai inaugurated the programme.

Briefing the gathering on the new language course, Co-ordinator Prof. Vani Prasad said that the Japanese Course was of 40 hours duration or 20 days which will be held from 5 pm to 7 pm every Saturday commencing from Aug. 18. She disclosed that over 30 candidates had already registered for the course.There is no age limit and the intake  is limited to 40. For registration, call Ph: 0821-2413390/91 or Mob: 94803-82550. BVB Mysuru Vice-Chairman K.B. Ganapathy was the guest of honour. BVB Bengaluru Chairman N. Ramanuja presided. BVB Mysuru Chairman Dr. A.V. Narasimha Murthy, Hon. Secretary P.S. Ganapathy, Treasurer Dr. A.T. Bhashyam and others were present.
