Hunsur: C.C. Ponnamma (79), retired Assistant Manager of Social Welfare Department and a resident of Gokula Road in the town, passed away following brief illness at Madikeri General Hospital this morning. She leaves behind two sons, one daughter, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites will be held at Ponnampet in Kodagu today.
