The Backward Classes Welfare Department has invited online applications from eligible students for admission to Post-Matric Boys and Girls Hostels run by the Department, for the year 2024-25.  Students pursuing professional courses, under-graduation and post-graduation courses, belonging to Categories — 1, 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B and SC/ST communities are eligible to apply.

The annual income of parents of students belonging to Category-1 and SC/ST communities should not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakh and that of parents of students belonging to categories — 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B should not exceed Rs. 1 lakh. The last date for applying is Oct. 30.
