The Office of the Integrated Tribal Development Project (ITDP) has asked ST community students studying in classes 9th,10th and Post-Matric courses to compulsorily create One-Time Registration (OTR) number in National Scholarship Portal (NSP) in order to apply for  scholarship through SSP.
