October 18, 2026

Mysuru: Mandi Police have registered a case against four persons on charges of hoarding 15 LPG cylinders illegally at a vacant site on B.N. Road in Mandi Mohalla and have seized the cylinders.

The Cops have registered a case against two persons from Uttar Pradesh, owner of the vacant site M.H. Uman Adil of N.R. Mohalla and Muthu, staff of the gas agency, who had supplied the cylinders.

Acting on a tip off, Mandi Police raided the vacant site on Oct. 12 evening during which they found 21-year-old Akbar and 23-year-old Shewaz of Uttar Pradesh along with nine filled and six empty LPG cylinders. When the Cops questioned them, the duo reportedly told them that they stay here itself.
