First prize in story-writing contest

City-based writer Suchitra Hegde has bagged first prize in ‘Brindavan Vimshati Vybhava-2024’ story-writing contest organised by USA’s New Jersey-based Brindavan Kannada Koota recently. She received a cash reward of Rs.5,000 for her story ‘Vyapaara’. The contest had attracted more than 50 stories from different countries.
