Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS), in association with the Department of Women and Child Development, has brought out a toll-free helpline number for tele-counselling children who are in distress, amidst the current COVID pandemic. Children with any such issues can call the Tele-counselling Helpline No: 14499 for guidance, according to a press release.
