J. Puspha Kantha Raj (87), retd. Superintendent, Veterinary Department, passed away yesterday at Holdsworth Memorial Mission Hospital after a brief illness. A resident of N.R. Mohalla, he leaves behind two sons and a daughter. Funeral was held at the CSI Cemetery on Mahadevapura Road in city this afternoon.
