Cause Partners
Ladies Circle India has been the cause partner for the event for the past six years. Initially, the organisation only stood as a support but since five years, it has been working for different causes.
Speaking to Star of Mysore, Mysore Ladies Circle-9 Special Events Convenor Vanitha Santosh said that this year the organisation is supporting Girls Education.
“We have identified girls, who not only need help in primary and high school education but also in shaping up their lives. Only graduation will not serve any purpose and that is the reason why Mysore Ladies Circle-9 has been training them in soft skills and other value-added courses”, she added.
Earlier, the Ladies Circle India has worked for the cause of cancer among children, treating Alzheimer’s, providing nutritious food for children undergoing cancer treatment among others.
Apollo BGS Hospital General Manager Dr. Vinod Appaiah and others were present at the press conference.
