Cell phone thief arrested

Mysuru:  The Devaraja Police, who arrested a cell phone thief, have recovered an high-end cell phone, allegedly stolen by him.

The arrested has been identified as Saddam Hussain (25), a resident of Bharathnagar in city.

Saddam Hussain was picked up by Devaraja Police when he was moving about in a suspicious manner in an attempt to sell a mobile phone.

During interrogation, he confessed to have snatched a mobile phone from a pedestrian who was walking along JLB Road on July 10, following which an Oppo mobile phone valued at Rs.11,000 was recovered from him.
