Mysuru: Students who completed their certificate course in tailoring and fashion designing, Basic computer and Urdu (Idara Adbiyat Hyderabad) received their certificates and prizes at a programme held recently at MEWA centre in Shanthinagar here.
Capt. Mir Afzal Hussain presided. Momina Mukhtar, In charge Principal, Government Nizamiya PU College, Mohammed Ameen Hussain, Director, Gems Institutes, Zameer Ahmed, Lecturer, Rajivnagar Govt. PU College were the chief guests.
Momina Mukhtar, in her speech said “every child should get education in his/ her mother tongue.” Mohammed Ameen promised helping students who are desirous of marketing their designed dresses. Zameer Ahmed encouraged students for higher studies and to take admission in Rajivnagar Government PU College. Among students Khadija, Arbiya Afnan, Amreen Sultana and Syed Moinuddin shared their experiences.
The programme started with Qirat recited by Bi Bi Khadija, Hamd and Naat by Rahat Fatima and Uzma Sultana. Baqar Umar Khan, Secretary, welcomed. Mir Sarfaraz ur Rahman introduced them and Nyamath Ulla Khan compered and proposed vote of thanks. Syed Rafiulla Hussaini, S.I. Hussaini, Mushtaq Sayeed, Syed Malik ur Rahman and Anwer Pasha were present on the occasion.
