MEWA Educational and  Vocational Training Centre, Shanthinagar, recently distributed certificates and prizes to successful students of tailoring and fashion designing training, Urdu course conducted by Idara Adbiyat, Hyderabad and Islamic General Knowledge Test conducted by Mohammed Ebrahim Khan Foundation at various centres of the city.

The function held at Jabbar Function Hall in Shanthinagar  was presided by Capt. Mir Afzal Hussain. Dr. Mohammed Ghouse Shareiff and Mushtaq Sayeed were the chief guests. Anwer Pasha, DTO (Retd.), was felicitated on being conferred Mahmood Ayaz Award by Mehfil Nisa, Bengaluru, recently.

The programme started with Qirat by Ayesha Afreen, Hamd by Shifa Sultana while Azma Sultana recited Naat-e-Rasool. Saba Sharieff spoke about the importance of education and practical experiences. Sarfarazur Rahman advised the students to make use of their learning provided at the centre.  Barkathunnisa and Nyamathulla Khan read the report. Baqar Umar Khan, Secretary, welcomed. Nyamathulla Khan proposed a vote of thanks.
