CET application deadline extended to Feb. 27

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for applying to K-CET (Karnataka Common Entrance Test) for admission to Undergraduate professional courses (BE, B.Tech, B.Sc., Agriculture, B.Pharma, Pharma D etc.) in Karnataka colleges, to Feb. 27. The earlier deadline was Feb. 22.

The last date for payment of exam fee is Mar. 3. So far, as many as 3.18 lakh students have applied for CET.

The KEA has clarified that there would no further extension of the deadline and as such, students should ensure that they apply before Feb. 27.
