Chain snatched from elderly woman

Mysuru: In yet another incident of daylight chain-snatching, an elderly woman was robbed of her 28 grams gold chain by a bike-borne miscreant in Metagalli Police limits this afternoon.

57-year-old Shashikala, wife of R. Nagaraju, a resident of Subash Nagar located behind Chamundeshwari Temple near Surya Bakery, Hebbal, was walking along with her two grand children to the new house in the same locality, which she was about to shift, when a bike-borne miscreant wearing a full face helmet, yanked off her 28 gm gold chain and fled in a flash at about 1.20 pm.

Metagalli Police, have registered a case in this regard.
