220 grams gold chains worth Rs. 13 lakh recovered

Mysore/Mysuru: Saraswathipuram Police have arrested three chain snatchers and have recovered 220 grams gold chains worth Rs. 13 lakh besides seizing two bikes from them. While two accused were arrested on Feb. 1, another accused was arrested on Feb. 2.

Following their arrest, the Police have solved three cases in Saraswathipuram, two in Vijayanagar and one case each in Vidyaranyapuram and Hebbal Police Stations.

DCP (Crime and Traffic) S. Janhavi and K.R. Sub-Division ACP S.E. Gangadharaswamy guided Saraswathipuram Inspector Govindaraju, Sub-Inspector Ramesh, ASI Chowdappa and staff Mohankumar, Raghavendra, Umesh, Harishkumar, Kumar, Manjunath and Sagar in the nabbing and recovery operation.
