Chain-snatchers strike at Hebbal

Mysuru: Chain-snatchers, who struck at Hebbal 1st Stage, have snatched a gold mangalya chain of a woman on Jan. 20 night. The woman, who lost her 58 grams gold mangalya chain is Nethravathi, a resident of Basaveshwaranagar in city.

On Jan. 20, Nethravathi had gone to see the daughter of her husband’s brother who was sick and was walking along with her sister-in-law on the 4th Main Road behind More Supermarket when two persons, who came on a bike from the opposite direction, snatched her gold Mangala chain and sped away.

A case has been registered at Hebbal Police Station.
