Chamaraja MLA Nagendra inspects rain-hit localities

Mysore/Mysuru: Chamaraja MLA L. Nagendra yesterday inspected the areas that were inundated with rain water and heard the grievances of the residents.

The MLA, who inspected houses in Janata Nagar, Gangothri Layout, Saraswathipuram, Dhobi Ghat and others places where rain water had entered houses, also inspected the drains and roads that have been damaged due to recent rains and instructed the officials to take up repair works immediately. MLA Nagendra also instructed the officials accompanying him during the inspection to take up repair works in rain hit areas on priority and complete the same at the earliest besides asking them to take steps to prevent damages during rains in future.
