Mysuru – Dr. K.G. Chandrashekar took charge as the Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) Registrar here yesterday.
Though he was appointed as the Registrar by Governor Vajubhai R. Vala a month back, he could take the charge as there was delay in relieving him by the Higher Education Department.
He took charge from Prof. Somashekar, who was the in-charge Registrar of the University.
