Check rash driving on Ring Road

June 10, 2020

Sir,

I want to bring to the notice of all the readers that we have seen some really rash driving on the Ring Road of our city. With lockdown restrictions and empty roads, youngsters have taken to Ring Road to showcase their senseless thirst for speed.

I have, in the past one week, noticed three speeding instances from the same rider. I travel to my office everyday using the Ring Road and during one such instance the youngster was performing a front wheeling with a pillion rider hanging on to his dear life.

With the absence of Police vigilance due to them having more important task at their hand, that is handling COVID-19, I urge all those using the Ring Road to be very alert while driving and changing lanes.
