Check stray dog menace in Saraswathipuram

September 14, 2017

Sir,

A pack of street dogs have free access to Javaregowda Park in Saraswathipuram. They roam around freely in children’s play area, especially in the evening, when the Park is mostly frequented by evening walkers and playful kids.

Today (Sept.9) a small boy was bitten by these dogs at around 7.10 pm and the anxious parents took him to a doctor.

When I looked around for security guard, none was found in the vicinity.

In view of the recent brutal Rottweiler attack on a kid, I request the City Corporation authorities to safeguard citizens from these menacing street dogs.
