Mysuru: Cheppudira Kamalakshi (Appengada), wife of late Poovaiah and a resident of No. 19, 18th Block in Manasinagar, passed away in the wee hours of today in city. She was 82. She leaves behind two sons, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
