Mysuru: Alleging negligence by doctors at Cauvery Heart and Multispeciality Hospital on Bannur Road in city, had resulted in the death of an 8-year-old boy, the parents of the deceased has urged the Deputy Commissioner to take action against the negligent doctors.

Addressing a press meet at Patrakarthara Bhavan in city yesterday, V.P. Mukesh, father of the deceased boy V.M. Bupen and a resident of Kushalnagar, said that he had admitted his son to the hospital as he was suffering from problems related to his private part and alleged that his son died due to overdose of drugs administered by the doctors during surgery.
